Crl.P.M.P.Nos. 13000 and 12999 OF 2017 These two Petitions are filed under Section 320(6) and 302(2) Cr.P.C., seeking leave of this Court to compound the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 354 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and to record compromise in Crime No.508 of 2017 on the file of Malkajgiri Police station, Rachkond as the matter is settled as they entered into a Settlement Deed due to invention of elders and well wishers.

De facto complaint and the accused are present in person and they are identified by their respective counsel and they also produced the copies of Aadhar Cards in proof of their identity. When the terms and conditions of the Settlement Deed are explained to the parties in Urdu by Sri T. Pradyumna Kumar Reddy, Advocate, they admitted to be true and correct. As the dispute is settled in terms of the settlement deed and it is voluntary, which is not against the society and for the benefit of both parties, the parties are permitted to compound the said offences.

Accordingly, these Petitions are allowed permitting the parties to compound the said offences.

Cr l.P.No.1 0 7 3 0 of 2 0 1 7 In view of the Orders passed in Crl.P.M.P.Nos. 13000 and 12999 of 2017, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in FIR No.508 of 2017 on the file of Malkajgiri Police Station, Rachkonda, are hereby quashed. The Registry is directed to annex a copy of the Settlement Deed to the present petition.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand dismissed.
