THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.34947 OF 2014 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by 4 petitioners, who were working as Special Officers on deputation in Kasthuribhai Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya under Sarvasiksha Abhiyan and were asked to handover the charge to the regularly selected Special Officers on contract basis as the petitioners were working as School Assistants in their substantive capacity and were deputed to work as Special Officers. But, challenging the orders asking them to handover charge, they filed W.P.No.12318 of 2014 and the said order was suspended by this Court in view of the election code prevailing at that time. The said order was continued in W.P.No.14287 of 2014 also by suspending the orders asking the petitioners to handover charge. But on the ground of non-handing over charge, the petitioners were kept under suspension, by order, dated 30-10-2014. Challenging the same, the present writ petition is filed. 2.

By virtue of pendency of writ petition, the official respondents themselves revoked the suspension order and allowed the petitioners to continue as Special Officers. The main case in W.P.No.14287 of 2014 is being heard separately. In view of the same, the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.
