Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

When the matter is taken up, a letter bearing File No.REVFSECOCRT/9/2018-DT(F)-VSKPCO, dated 18.04.2018, is placed on record, according to which the Appeal Petition is made over to the Additional Agent to Government and Project Officer, ITDA Paderu. In view of the above, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to pursue the matter before the Additional Agent to Government and Project Officer, ITDA Paderu, Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
