Aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in threatening to dispossess the petitioner, this Writ Petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that if any action is taken for dispossessing the petitioner, they will due process of law. Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, the respondents are directed to not to evict the petitioners, without following due process of law. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
