THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 22658 of 2016 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner-educational society, Sri Sudesh Anand for respondent No.1, Sri V.Kishore for respondent No.3 and learned Government Pleader for Higher Education. The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:
'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.1 in not receiving the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 25.06.2016, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and consequently direct respondent No.1 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.06.2016 and pass such other and further orders in the interest of justice'.
Having regard to the above, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the authorities to receive the representation dated 25.06.2016, made by the petitioner seeking enhancement of fees for MBA Course and pass orders, in accordance with law, the guidelines laid down and the data uploaded.
