Crl.P.MP.Nos.12720 and 12719 of 2017 These two petitions are filed seeking leave of this Court to permit the petitioner/A1 to compound the offences under Sections 498-A IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and to record compromise in terms of Memorandum of Compromise. De facto complaint and the accused are present and they are identified by their respective counsel and they also produced the copies of Aadhar Cards in proof of their identity. On enquiry, they admitted that they entered into compromise voluntarily as the parties are inclined to live separately. Accordingly, these two petitions are allowed.
