This appeal is filed under Section 173 of Motor Vehicles Act assailing the Judgment and decree dated 15.02.2013 in M.V.O.P.No.76 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-III Additional District Judge, Kurnool at Nandyal.

During pendency of the appeal, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalath vide Award dated 22.04.2018. 3.

Accordingly, the M.A.C.M.A. is disposed of in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalath on 22.04.2018. No order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
