Aggrieved by the action of the respondent No.3 in issuing impugned proceedings No.B/707/2018, dated 13.06.2018 in favour of 4th respondent, this Writ Petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

Admittedly, petitioner has alternate remedy of appeal against impugned proceedings. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy of appeal, if he is so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
