This transfer petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC, seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P. No.8 of 2017 from the file of the V Additional District Court-cum- Family Court, Visakhapatnam and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, to be tried along with H.M.O.P. No.34 of 2017.

Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

Today, this Court disposed of connected Transfer C.M.P. No.289 of 2017 transferring H.M.O.P. No.34 of 2017, filed by the petitioner against the respondent, from the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar to the file of the V Additional District Court-cum-Family Court, Visakhapatnam. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this transfer petition. 4.

Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P., is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this transfer petition shall stand closed.
