Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A.1, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State and perused the record.
This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the petitioner/A.1 in Crime No.334 of 2017 of Osmania University Police Station, Hyderabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 IPC read with Section 34 IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and falsely implicated in this case. He is a respectable person and is a director of Hiworth Education Institute/Coaching centre. He has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and ultimately prayed to allow the Criminal Petition.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner.

There are also other allegations of forging false certificates and selling the same to different persons. The allegations against the petitioner are grave.
Seriousness of offence is high.

would hinder the investigation. If the petitioner is released on bail, there is possibility of winning over the witnesses and causing disappearance of material evidence. There is no justifiable ground to allow the petition.
