This Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR No.410 of 2017 on the file of Jangaon Police Station, Warangal Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 467, 468, 471 r/ w 34 IPC. After arguing the matter for a while, Sri Jalli Kanakaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.2, requested this Court to direct the concerned to follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., and the guidelines issued by the Apex Court in Ar n esh Ku m ar v. St at e of Bih ar an d an ot h er 1 In view of the request made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner/ A.2, the Police of Jangaon Police Station, Warangal Commissionerate, are directed to follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., and the guidelines laid down by the Supreme Court in Ar n esh Ku m ar v. St at e of Bih ar an d an ot h er . With the above direction, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
