HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.11791 of 2018 COMMON ORDER :

The petitioner/sole accused and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsel. 2.

I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 are filed to permit them to compromise and to compound the offence respectively in C.C.No.2530 of 2018 (Old C.C.No.1481 of 2014) on the file of the 4-XV Additional Judgecum-XIX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, which is out come of Crime No.246 of 2014 of Bowenpally Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Section 27(1) Arms Act and Section 506 IPC read with 184(B) MV Act, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and joint memo was also appended. 3.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.2530 of 2018 (Old C.C.No.1481 of 2014) on the file of the 4-XV Additional Judge-cum-XIX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed and the petitioner/accused is acquitted. The bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
