Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Agriculture for Respondents. 2.
Petitioners claim that they own agricultural lands in various extents mentioned in paragraph No.3 of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. Consequent to "Rythu Radham 2018-19" scheme, formulated by the Government and notified vide G.O.Ms.No.50, Agriculture Department, for the financial year 2018-19 to supply 6000 Tractors, petitioners claim to have applied for provision of tractors to them. Alleging inaction on the applications submitted by them and insisting recommendation letter for sanction of tractors, this writ petition is filed.

When the matter is taken up, learned Government pleader submits that on scrutiny of the applications submitted by the petitioners certain deficiencies were noticed and if petitioners comply with those deficiencies, their applications will be processed further. A copy of the deficiencies noticed by the Assistant Director of Agriculture-4th respondent is furnished to learned counsel for the petitioners.

Having regard to the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioners are directed to comply with the deficiencies pointed out by the 4th respondent. Subject to complying with the deficiencies pointed out by the Assistant Director of Agriculture, the applications of the petitioners shall

(2) weeks thereafter.
Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
