Ms.N.Vanishree, learned counsel representing Mr. Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the order dated 05.02.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.4237 of 2016 in W.P.No.3323 of 2016, alleged disobedience to which led to the filing of this contempt case, has since been complied with. Recording the said statement, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
