HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No. 2939 of 2018 ORDER:

The present Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act stating that the respondent has willfully and deliberately disobeyed the order dated 02.03.2016 passed in W.P.No.7443 of 2003.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the order passed by this Court was complied with. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also not disputed the same. In view of the submission made the Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to revive the contempt if the orders are not fully complied with.
