HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 39905 of 2018 ORDER:
1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. With the consent of both the parties, the main writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in not regularizing petitioner's house plot No.72 and Western side of plot No.73, total admeasuring 500 square yards situated in Sy.No.844/ 1, Malkaj giri Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as arbitrary and illegal.
3) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the LRS application of the petitioner, in respect of eastern part of plot No.73 was considered on 22.01.2018, but the LRS application of the petitioner in respect of plot No.72 and western part of plot No.73 is not considered till date.
4) The learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation would submit that if the said application is still pending consideration, the authorities may be directed to consider the said LRS application in accordance with law.
5) Without going into the merits of the case and since the LRS application of the petitioner inrespect of eastern side of Plot No.73 was considered on 22.01.2018, the request of the petitioner shall also be dealt with in accordance with law at the earliest. 6) With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
