Petition filed under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to allow the Present Petition by Granting Bail to the Sole accused in Crime NO. 439 of 2017 pending Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Shadnagar Police Station, Shadnagar.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri C.D.S.B. Venkata Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Addl. Public Prosecutor(TS) for the Sole Respondent-State, the Court made the following ORDER :- "This petition is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. to grant bail to the petitioner-accused for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 417, 506 and 376 IPC and 3 (1) (g) (s) of SC/ST (POA) Act. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner-accused, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the record. 3.

The petitioner-accused was remanded to judicial custody on 21.8.2017. More than 90 days have been passed from the date of remand. 4.

Having regard to the nature of allegations and the investigation conducted so far, the petitioner-accused can be granted bail. 5.

In the result, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner-accused is ordered to be released on bail, on petitioner-accused executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each in a like sum to the satisfaction of Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Shadnagar. On release, the petitioner-accused shall attend before the S.H.O. concerned on every Sunday between 10.00 A.M. and 11.00 A.M. till filing of charge sheet."
