HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.3 9 8 9 5 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Station House Officer, Kukatpally Police Station, Cyberabad, dated 26.11.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "It is submitted that the petitioner has given a report, dated 23.10.2018 with Kukatpally Police Station, Cyberabad. Basing on the contents of the said report, a GD entry was made and taken up for enquiry.

It is submitted that the petitioner in his report seeking protection of house sites allotted to various members of the association and to protect the land in Sy.No.908, Moosapet, Kukatpally, Hyderabad to an extent of Ac.17.17 as demarcated in the approved layout from the clutches of known land grabbers. The contents of the report are purely civil in nature and petitioner's request may not be considered. Moreover, it is a land dispute between the petitioner association and certain alleged persons. The petitioner has to settle the said land dispute before the concerned Civil Court. In those circumstances, the petitioner was informed that the subject matter of his report is purely civil in nature and Police cannot interfere with the same. It is submitted that after enquiry, a notice, dated 22.11.2018, was also sent to the petitioner by Registered Post."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Station House Officer, Kukatpally Police Station, Cyberabad, dated 26.11.2018,

with a liberty to the petitioner herein to avail the remedies open to it in accordance with law..
