THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.39941 of 2018 ORDER:

Today, when the matter is taken up, No Objection Certificate dated 26.10.2018 issued by the Executive Officer of the subject temple is placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. It is also the submission of the learned Government Pleader at the hearing that number of permissions have already been granted.

In view of the fact that the No Objection Certificate granted in favour of the petitioner is not under challenge, no relief can be granted in the present writ petition. However, keeping in view of the public interest, the Respondents shall take all measures for prevention of untoward incidents. 3.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
