The grievance of the petitioners is that respondents 5 and 6 are making constructions by encroaching the land to an extent of Ac.2.96 cents, situated in Sy.No.50/B, which is being shown as 'Katta Poramboku' in revenue records. The petitioners also made representation dated 30.10.2018, to the 3rd respondents. As no action is being taken on the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 30.10.2018 and take action in accordance with law, after issuing notices to the affected parties. No order as to costs.
