This petition is filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the order, dated 06.09.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.30 of 2017 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khammam.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to file writ petition and to that effect, he submitted a letter, dated 06-03-2018, before the Registry. 3.

Granting such liberty, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
