This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner-A1 for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 419, 468, 465, 471, 120 (b) and 406 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner-A1, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the record.

The earlier bail application filed by the petitioner-A1 was dismissed by this Court, vide order, dated 06.04.2017, in Crl.P.No.2589 of 2017. The name of the petitioner-A1 is mentioned in the F.I.R. The specific allegation is that the petitioner-A1 utilized the pattedar pass books and other documents of his villager and obtained loan from the bank. The allegations are grave. There are no changes of circumstances.
