This Criminal Petition is filed under Section.482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.279 of 2017 on the file of the XV Special Magistrate Court, Erramanzil, Hyderabad. Mr. L.Sudheer, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the appropriate Court.

Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
