CRL.P.MP.No. 12445 OF 2017 This miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 320 of Cr.P.C seeking permission to compromise and compound the offences to quash the proceedings in Crime No.45 of 2016 on the file of Mahaboobnagar Rural Police Station, Mahaboobnagar District, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 323, 503 r/w 34 IPC & Section 3(i)(X) of SC/ST POA Act. The petitioners/Accused No.1 to and the first respondent/defacto complainant are present and they are identified by their respective counsels and produced Photostat copies of Aadhar cards to prove their identity. A joint memo of compromise dated 15.11.2017 is filed by both the parties, when terms of joint memo of compromise are explained in Telugu language, they are admitted to be true and correct. It is now submitted that, petitioners/Accused No.1 to 3 and the first respondent/defacto complainant voluntarily entered into compromise due to intervention of elders and well-wishers and they wanted to lead peaceful life.

Therefore, I find that the compromise is voluntary in the interest of both parties and permission is granted to compound the offence. Hence, compromise is recorded in terms of the joint memo filed along with this petition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

MSM,J CrlP_11206_2017 Crl.P.NO.11206 OF 2017 In view of the orders passed by this Court in CRL.P.MP.No. 12445 OF 2017, this criminal petition is allowed. Registry is directed to annex a copy of joint compromise memo dated 15.11.2017 to this order.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand closed. No costs.
