HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.40044 of 2018 ORDER :

Being aggrieved of not issuing the family member certificate of one Late Shaik Basha alias Ramireddygari Tirupal Reddy, with the names of petitioner and two more persons as daughters of said Late Shaik Basha, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader produced written instructions of Tahsildar, Rajampet, stating that the application of petitioner for grant of family member certificate was considered and rejected and the same was also informed to the petitioner. However, the petitioner has again filed another application before the 2nd respondent/District Collector, for issuance of family member certificate. Therefore, no relief can be granted in this writ petition.

As the application of petitioner has already been rejected by the Tahsildar and the same has also been informed to her, she can avail the alternate remedies available under law. The respondents are directed to communicate the rejection order to petitioner in order to challenge the same. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order. No order as to costs.
