This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/ accused No.1 requesting to relax the condition imposed in the Order, dated 23.09.2017, passed in Crl.M.P.No.2872 of 2017 in Crime No.300 of 2014 on the file of the Police Station, WPS, CCS, DD, Hyderabad, by the learned I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge (FAC, III Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge), Hyderabad.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused No.1, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentState and perused the record. 3 .

The learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused No.1 would submit that the petitioner/ accused No.1 was granted bail, vide order, dated 23.09.2017, passed in Crl.M.P.No.2872 of 2017, by the learned I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge (FAC, III Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge), Hyderabad, wherein, the Court directed the petitioner/ accused No.1 to surrender his passport. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that no application is filed before the said Court to relax this condition. 4 .

Under these circumstances, the petitioner/ accused No.1 is given liberty to file an application to relax the said condition before the Court, which granted bail to him. In the event of dismissal of the said application by the Court below, the petitioner/ accused No.1 is at liberty to approach this Court.

With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
