THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3928 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 09.06.2016 in C.M.A.No.26 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District. 2.

At the time of arguments, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to direct the trial Court to dispose of the matter without being influenced by the findings recorded in the impugned order.

In view of the submission made by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to express any opinion touching the merits of the impugned order. 4.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge at Medchal is hereby directed to dispose of O.S.No.44 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
