This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused No.3 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.206 of 2017 on the file of III Special Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in the subject Calendar Case the petitioner/ accused No.3 was acquitted.

Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
