THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY APPLICATION No.933 of 2016 AND CIVIL SUIT No.1 of 2016 COMMON ORDER:

Ms.M.Vanajakshi, Advocate, representing Sri N.Ashwani Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner-plaintiff to withdraw the civil suit with liberty to avail all the remedies available to the petitioner under law. The petitioner also served notice on the respondentsdefendants. Permission is granted. Accordingly, the Application No.933 of 2016 is ordered and C.S. No.1 of 2016 is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the C.S., shall stand closed.
