Since, it is stated that petitioner's application filed under Section 6(A)(2) of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 is pending before the 4th respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner, in accordance with law and take action within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
