Aggrieved by the action of the respondent No.3 in not disposing the appeal filed by the petitioners, this Writ Petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioners filed appeal before the 3rd respondent against the order passed by the 4th respondent dated 09.07.2018 in Rc.No.1604/2018 (D2) and even that the 3rd respondent directed the 4th respondent to submit report, but no orders are passed on the same as on today. In view of the same, since appeal filed by the petitioners is stated to be pending before the 3rd respondent, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal, in accordance with law and take action, after issuing notice to the affected parties, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
