HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.3 9 8 9 9 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, written instructions furnished by the Inspector of Police, Humayun Nagar P.S., Hyderabad, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. In the said instructions, it is stated that as of now, no representation, dated 01.11.2018, is pending with the police. It is further stated that it is open for the petitioner herein to approach the respondent-police and submit a similar representation so as to enable the respondent-police to initiate action on it and in the absence of any representation, the respondent-police are unable to take action on the alleged representation of the petitioner. On noticing the same, a request is made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner to permit the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondent-police for redressal of his grievance.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to file a representation by 07.11.2018 for consideration of the respondent-police within a period of one week, strictly in accordance with law.
