Adil Pasha, S/o. Aslam Pasha Petitioner (Accused No.1 in Cr.No.25/2015 of Talamadugu P.S.) AND The State of Telangana, through SHO, Police Station, Talamadugu, District Adilabad, rep. by Public Prosecutor, High Court at Hyderabad. Respondent/Complainant Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to release the petitioner/Accused No.1 herein on bail in NDSC.No. 11/2015 on the file of the Honourable Special Judge for NDPS Act cum I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Adialbad (Cr.No. 25/2015 dated: 16-3-2015 of Police Station Talamadugu). The Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S.Chandra Sekhar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Addl. Public Prosecutor (TG) for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:

" Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A.1 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State, and perused the record. This petition is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the petitioner/A.1 in Crime No. 25 of 2015 of Talamadugu Police Station, Adilabad District, for the offence punishable under Section 20(b) 20(ii)(B) of NDPS Act. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner/A.1 was remanded to judicial custody on 21.09.2017. Thereafter, his bail applications are not considered by the trial Court. Now, it is assured before this Court that the petitioner/A.1 would be regular in attending the Court and ready to furnish local sureties for his release on bail. Under these circumstances, the petitioner/A.1 can be enlarged on bail.

In the result, the petitioner/A.1 is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two local sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge for NDPS Act-cum-I-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Adilabad.
