ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (TS) The Court made the following ORDER:

"This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner-accused for the offences alleged under Sections 447, 427 and 506 IPC. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner-accused, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-accused would submit that the petitioner-accused has no connection with the land in Sy.No.117-A situated at Dommara Pochampally village. There is some dispute between the de facto complainant and the paternal uncle of the petitioner-accused. There are also civil suits between them. The name of the petitioner-accused is inserted in the F.I.R. lodged with the police on 27.05.2017 and ultimately, prayed to allow the petition. 4.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner-accused.

When the Additional Public Prosecutor is asked by this Court whether there are any photos to show the damage caused to fence ,mango garden etc., he stated that there is scene of offence panchanama and no photos are available with him.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that charge sheet was already filed in the trial Court, but regular C.C. number is not given. 7.

In view of the nature of allegations between the parties to the litigation and as the investigation is completed, the petitioner-accused is directed to surrender before the 6th Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Medchal, Medchal District. On such surrender, the learned 6th Metropolitan Magistrate, shall release the petitioner-accused on bail, on petitioner-accused executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each in a like sum to his satisfaction. On release, the petitioner-accused shall attend before the S.H.O. Dundigal Police Station, Cyberabad District, on every Sunday between 8.00 A.M. and 10.00 A.M. for a period of three months from the date of this order. 8.
