HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.39965 of 2018 ORDER :

Aggrieved by the inaction of 2nd and 3rd respondents in incorporating the name of petitioner in revenue records in respect of subject land, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Even according to the learned counsel for petitioner, the petitioner has merely made representations before the 2nd and 3rd respondents for incorporating her name in the revenue records, but she has not filed application in Form VI-A of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application in Form VI-A of the Act along with relevant documents, before the 2nd respondent within a period of four weeks from today. On such filing, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of making such application and take action accordingly.
