HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.16403 of 2014 ORDER:
In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A5 to A7 seek to quash the order dated 30.07.2014 passed by Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Miryalaguda in CFR No.5551 of 2013 in Cr.No.356 of 2008 of Miryalaguda II Town PS, which was registered against him for the offences under Sections 143, 452, 436 and 323 r/w 34 IPC. 2) When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 23.02.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Miryalaguda II Town PS, Nalgonda district and submitted that the case was ended in acquittal on 06.09.2017 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the order dated 30.07.2014 passed by Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Miryalaguda in CFR No.5551 of 2013 in Cr.No.356 of 2008 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3) No representation for petitioners.
4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
