This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/ A2 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.114 of 2017 on the file of the Atmakur Police Station, Warangal District. Since the petitioner is not impleaded the de facto complainant, who is a necessary party, the Criminal Petition is rejected.

The Registry is directed to return the original papers to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
