HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.10430 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/Accused No.4, seeking anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in connection with F.I.R. No.180 of 2017, on the file of Ghattu Police Station, Mahaboobnagar district, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 464 and 467 of I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.4, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (T.G.) appearing for the respondent-State, and perused the record.

Sri Nimmagadda Venkateswarlu, learned counsel for the petitioner/A-4, after arguing for some time, when the order is being dictated, wants to withdraw this Petition.

As per the record, the allegations are grave i.e., the petitioner/A.4 working in the office of Tahsildar, indulged in forging the signatures of the officials as well as affixing the seal of the Officers and then prepare pattadar passbooks, title deeds and other proceeding, it is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner/A.4 at this stage. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall also stand dismissed.
