THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 26858 OF 2014 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned GP for respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4.

The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: " ....to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent in RC. No. 44-C2/ 2010 dated 23.07.2014 conforming the appointment of the special officers dated 25.02.2013 is illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the proceedings R. C. No.25-C2/ 2005 dated 09.08.2009 and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioners as correspondents in CBCNC schools in Krishna District pursuant to the proceedings dated 09.08.2009 and as well as the proposals sent by the 5th respondent dated 21.01.2013 by setting aside the proceedings dated 25.02.2013 passed in R.C.No.44-C2/ 2010 as conformed in R.C.No.44-C2/ 2010 dated 23.07.2014."

Learned GP for respondent Nos. 1, 3 and 4 informs the Court that the subsequent proposals submitted by respondent No.5 are subject matter of another Writ Petition in this Court and thereby, no further orders are required in the Writ Petition. 4.

Therefore, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the Writ Petition since it has become infructuous. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
