Heard both sides.

2) In view of the common order dated 16.02.2015 passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.16576 of 2014 and batch, this Criminal Petition which is filed against DVC No.2 of 2014 on the file of Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial First Class Magistrate, Puttur, Chittoor District, is not maintainable. 3) In the result, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. The Trial Court shall follow the directions given in the Common Order dated 16.02.2015 passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.16576 of 2014 and batch.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
