HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 40026 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in issuing impugned endorsement vide Lr.Roc.No.G1/ 1131/ TDR/ 2018, dated 31.10.2018 to the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice.

2) Since the impugned order is bereft of reasons and even the explanation submitted by the petitioner is not referred to in the order, the order under challenge is set aside and the respondent-authorities shall pass fresh orders within a period of one week from today, after considering the explanation submitted by the petitioner. Till such time, status quo as on today shall be maintained.

3) Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
