Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing the present Civil Revision Petition, the trial Court has allowed I.A.No.471 of 2016 in O.S.No. 150 of 2016 and in view thereof, the subject matter of the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
