THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION NO.6141 of 2016 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by the XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District in Crl.M.P.No.475 of 2016.

By an order dated 24.03.2016, passed in Crl.M.P.No.475 of 2016 the XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District, while releasing the petitioner on bail directed him to appear before the Station House Officer, Keesara Police Station everyday between 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. till filing of the charge sheet.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition, which fact is not disputed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition of the petitioner reporting before the Station House Officer concerned everyday between 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. till filing of charge sheet is hereby relaxed and instead the petitioner shall appear before the SHO concerned thrice a week between 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. till filing of charge sheet. The other conditions in the order shall remain un-altered.
