This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not carrying out online entries and in not issuing ePass Book in the name of the petitioner for the lands in Survey Nos.1/2, 1/3 & 1/4, to an extent of Ac.25.00 cents, situated at Maddiledu Village of Sri Kalahasti Mandal, Chittoor District, despite repeated representations.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that petitioner has to make application through online for carrying out online entries and to issue e-Pass Book in the name of petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will make necessary application through online. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make necessary application through online and on such application the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of application from the petitioner. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
