This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.3 & 5, for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in Crime No.223 of 2016 on the file of the Ghanpur (W) Police Station, Warangal Commissionarate, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A of I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.3 & 5, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

Earlier bail application of the petitioner/ accused No.3 was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 07.07.2017, passed in Crl.P.No.3849 of 2017. Thereafter, another application was filed by the petitioners herein in Crl.P.No.9472 of 2017 before this Court and the said application was dismissed as withdrawn on 13.10.2017. Already there are two dismissals of the Criminal Petitions filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.3 & 5. There are no changed circumstances. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners/ accused Nos.3 & 5. 4 .

The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
