HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.40112 OF 2018 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in deleting or removing the name of petitioners from the voter list of the year 2018 of the polling station Nos.19 & 20 of R.Garlapad Village, Itikyal Mandal, Jogulamba Gadwal District.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1 submits that out of 53 petitioners, the 3rd respondent has received 47 applications and that the 3rd respondent will dispose of the applications of the petitioners within a week. Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the applications of the petitioners received by the 3rd respondent within one week from today and take action accordingly. No order as to costs.
