Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the Investigating Officer has filed a final report on 30.10.2014 requesting the learned Magistrate concerned to close the crime reporting it as "civil in nature", and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
