This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside order, dated 31.05.2018, in I.A.No.1601 of 2017 in O.A.No.454 of 2014 on the file of the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal, Visakhapatnam.

After arguing the case, Mr.G.Tuhin Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, has requested for permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to his client to avail any other appropriate legal remedy.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, I.A.No.1 of 2018 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
