Dr. Sandhi Sadanand, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw this Criminal Petition reserving liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate alternative remedies in accordance with law. Earlier, the learned counsel addressed letter dated 22.4.2019 to the Registry voicing the same request. Leave granted.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.
