THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1150 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case was filed alleging non-implementation of the order, passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.38994/2015 in W.P. No.30140/2015 dated 16.09.2015, directing the respondents to dispose of the representation of petitioner dated 04.08.2015. Now, a counter affidavit is filed stating that the respondents have complied with the order by considering the representation dated 04.08.2015 and passing an order on 30.09.2015, a copy of which is enclosed to the present counter affidavit. In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in this Contempt Case, and accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
